Common Pest In Singapore

What Are The Common Pests in Singapore?

- Flying Ants

Flying ants are very common among high rise buildings. Flying ant usually do not live in packs, but they can tend to grow over time if they are not killed right away. Flying ants are really annoying to deal with since they fly and usually look exactly like ordinary ants. These are found in ponds, lakes, and golf courses at night, so if you live nearby these places, expect to have flying ants living in your home.

- Small Termites

Termites are known for eating anything made out of wood. If your home has wood, then it is very common to see lots of termites out there. Termites can cause a huge pest invasion, especially if your wood is everywhere and you cannot seem to get rid of them. Using a fumigation smoking service is usually the most impportant thing and the best service to buy. A termite can ruin an entire home, so it is best to get rid of these as soon as possible.

- Cockroaches

Cockroaches have plenty of bacteria, germs, and dirt that can really make your home dirtier than it already is. Cockroaches are extremely annoying to deal with, but you can get rid of them. If you see just one cockroach moving around your home, then you have an infestation. It is common to have these in Singapore because once one or two is there, they can grow instantly since a mommy cockroach can have dozens per pregnancy.

- Rodents

Rodents are extremely common in Singapore. They can also be quite large, but beware from some of them, as several problems can be received from these vicious rodents if they become dirty and unhealthy.

Why you should get rid of them

First of all, they are all very dirty, unclean, can bite you, and overall they are just purely disgusting. Having a party is a huge NO NO if you have lots of pests since it can tick them off.

Singapore is a very beautiful place, but if your condo, apartment, or single family home is filled with pests in certain areas of your home, they can be quite annoying, so getting rid of them is the best option. They can put you and your family in huge danger if they come in huge packs. Killing just one rodent or just a few termites won't do you any good. You need to kill them altogether to avoid any future pest infestations happening in your home.
